Especially when starting to train, many people make their goal to reach the rank of black belt. While an admirable achievement, remaining fixated on rank through your journey will distract you from learning the art.
Upon being awarded his Black Belt, Professor Caio would continue to push the boundaries of Jiu-Jitsu, develop techniques, win World Championships, start the Caio Terra Association, and build champions.
Every journey starts with a white belt and the desire to learn. The color of your belt will change but the desire to improve yourself and others remains!
