There was a time in everyone’s life when we could only crawl and struggled to walk. Today, you probably can’t remember the last time you had to consciously think about taking a step.
Your journey through Jiu-Jitsu starts with learning the CT-A curriculum, which grounds you in the most important movements and techniques. CT-B and CT-C add new reactions and more complex counters. Mastering the movements in CT-A will allow your mental and physical energy to be spent on the new concepts in these classes. Just as we grow and learn to walk and run without effort, one day you won’t have to think about every movement you’re making on the mat.
Remember, Fundamental doesn’t mean easy; it is important!
