We are so excited to announce the start of our evening fitness kickboxing program for adults! This class will be running alongside our 5:15pm youth Jiu Jitsu class so it is the perfect time for any moms or dads on the bench to get their fitness going.
Classes will be lead by our very own coach April Garner who is a graduate of the program and boasts an impressive 40 pound weight loss goal. Better still is that she has kept it off!! Congrats Coach
