We’re thrilled to share some exciting news from our dojo that truly deserves a round of applause! Our main coach, Coach Gonzalez, recently showcased his skills at the 2024 Sacramento IBJJF Open, achieving victories that inspire us all.
On Saturday, October 28, Coach Gonzalez demonstrated his mastery in the gi, earning a well-deserved 1st place with a stunning submission win! His dedication and hard work shone brightly, and we couldn’t be prouder of his achievement. Not to rest on his laurels, he also stepped up to compete the very next day, securing an impressive 2nd place finish. What an amazing weekend of competition!
These accomplishments highlight not only Coach Gonzalez’s talent but also his commitment to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and his role as a leader in our community. His victories serve as a testament to the guidance and mentorship he provides to all of our students.
