CURRICULUM: WEEK OF NOVEMBER 24th

For students staying in the area, we will be open Monday through Wednesday for classes and all students are welcome to train. We may also have an open mat on Friday November 29th (TBD) and Sunday December 1st (10am-12pm). All open mats and classes require the OMA Team/Caio Terra Association Gi.
