Ranulfo Gonzalez, Shihan
The Otomi System was founded by Ranulfo Gonzalez, 6th Dan Black Belt, Shihan. Mr.Gonzalez is a nationally recognized martial trainer, speaker, business coach and practitioner. Mr. Gonzalez was greatly influenced by these experiences , but wanted a system that not only addressed the self-defense and physical aspects of the art, but also the internal character development of Martial Arts as well as the strong bonds of community and family.

Mark Genco
Mark Genco is one of only a handful in the state qualified to teach Kali and Jeet Kune Do from legendary Dan Inosanto. A consummate martial artist with ranks in several styles, Mark trains under some of the best in the Jeet Kune Do universe and competes whenever he can. Joseph Curtis
I am Joseph Curtis and I am proud to be a member of the Otomi team. I started training martial arts nine years ago at the age of eight. Just two and a half years ago I started training and achieving belt ranks in Brazilian Jujitsu. I started competing in taekwondo point fighting on a local level just a year and a half ago. Since then I have attained six first place trophies in taekwondo plus one first place medal two second place medals and two third place medals all in Brazilian Jujitsu. As for my future, I plan to go to college next year and study for a major in electrical engineering as well as a minor in music theory and composition.

Jim Nieman
James Nieman is a second degree black belt in tae kwon do. He has been training for 11 years. Mr. Nieman has taught as an assistant instructor at three locations including: Mile High Karate in Lakewood, Futo-kan MMA, and Otomi Martial Arts. Having been training since the age of 9, Mr. Nieman has learned from multiple instructors including Joe Lewis, Bill Wallace, and Jeff Smith. James Nieman has received multiple first place and grand champion trophies in in-state tournaments as well as competed nationally. He continues to strive for excellence and passes on his experiences onto his students so they too can be successful.
